About Melissa Blundell Osorio

Melissa is from San Juan, Puerto Rico.  She holds a BA in Anthropology and an MSc in Human Evolution and Behavior.  Prior to starting graduate school, she served as the Director of Education and Public Programs for the Wilzig Erotic Art Museum.  In 2021, she was part of the organizing team for the Exhibitionism: Sexuality at the Museum conference.  Melissa also has a strong commitment to science communication.  She was one of the founding organizers of Nerd Nite Miami, and has delivered presentations at Nerd Nites in Miami, New York City, and London.
